It is clear that Orange's servers are woefully inadequate. The email problems arise at their end despite their "helpful" advice which just seeks to obfuscate the problem.
Given the volume of complaints on this site, moaning about it and hoping it will get better is not really getting anywhere, is it?
Orange will only react if this gets a higher press profile.
Why not pick someone and email him/her? If enough emails are sent the problem might get noticed - it takes the same time as emailing here and can't be any more ineffective.
