How easy will it be for me to get a MAC and move to a decent ISP?
I am sick of being treated like dirt by this company. I've had no connectivity for days, and I'm paying them to listen to some off-shore support staff who can barely communicate and understand my problems.
They should give you your MAC within 5 days or they will face a hefty fine, which im sure they will want to avoid bearing in mind how greedy the f**** are, thats if you can gt the *person* ( *edit* by admin - please respect that there are many users using this webiste and that this language is not tolerated) on the othr end to understand what you want
You'll probably have to pay a cancellation fee, which is pretty much paying off what you would owe, for example if you're on the £20 a month option, and you have 6 months left, you'd likley have to pay £120 (6x20)
If you have no connection at all explain this to them, they cant chatge you for that, make sure you cancel your D before hand because they will most likley try and rob you anyway
