bee n with Orange 3 weeks now (mistake ) broadband at 5meg laugh try 1.2mb and talk through livebox dosent work phone wont ring my end. asked for MAC code been told have to pay all the contract told them where to go not providing me with a service then they have broken the contract.
orange have admitted that the liveboxes are faulty many people cannot recieve calls. and that the speed of broadband is the best they can do 1.2mb when i was with aol 4mb so thats crap too. advice dont listen to oranges bull***t tell them they are not providing a service they set out too.log a complaint with OFCOM AND ISPA WE must not let companies like this get away with very poor service AND MOST OF ALL SPREAD THE WORD DONT GO WITH Orange

This is not a valid reason for Orange not providing you with a MAC. If you make the request they must provide you within 5 working days by law. Any contractural obligations must be dealt separate from the MAC request.
