hi can anybody help i would like to use the broadband on Orange through BT voyager and not livebox as its s**t i have installed the voyager software but it says it has a dsl signal but then asks for user name and a password and wont connect any ideas would help
make sure you've got the correct username including "@fs" at the end. If it still won't connect you're best off calling Orange to make sure you're got the right details, if you do ask if they can do a radius log check to see what's going through.
