decided to transfer my Orange broadband over to my new premises.
took my number with me, same exchange etc
got told by my telecoms company elite calls, that the broadband was transferable as well, as they use BT engineers.
rung Orange to ask if this was the case, they said no and put me in touch with moving house team.
that was on the 23rd of Feb, they put the order in and they told me the 9th of march it would be connected. rang them on the 11th and they said now it will be the 20th, i will wait and see exactly how long it takes.
