Ever since I've had my Orange BB (q3 last year), when I have rang Orange BB 'tech support' (LOL) I have always got through to someone in the UK, who can at least understand me, if not necessarily fix my problem.
Well, my mum works at Orange in the mobile phone bit and she informs me that Orange plan to move the BB support to India. The way they do it is in a series of manageable chunks rather than sledgehammer.
Just thought you'd like to know.

For anyone reading this who may take offence, please note I have nothing against Indian people, but 95% of the time that I have dealt with Indian call centre workers, there have been cultural / language hurdles which made the call a failure. They have however, generally been polite.
