i was with freeserve first then wanadoo now Orange ever since Orange took over problems on problems.
my BT router is reporting test ppp server connection fail
orange answer to that you have avirus in your pc aaaarrrrrrrrrrr
who do they think they are kidding.
two months of email backwards and forwards two months of thickos on the end of the line.
run test they say ! send it in a email, i do just that get a email back won't open it in case its a virus....
I give up , i am not waiting no 30 days i have stopped payment i am not phone-ing thick people anymore with a book of answers.
no more emails they are getting a recorded letter in the post to remove this dam service before it drives my out my tiny mind.
sorry guys but its been one of those weeks with Orange braodband in london and i need to scream at people having the same problems
