I dont see why ANYONE should have to pay for something that doesnt work.
I was refused a MAC TWICE and told the only way to leave was to cancel which is what i did, however, before i accept their bill i will fight them all the way.
So be warned Orange, im not going to let this lie until you refund the money you took from my credit card !!
You cannot expect payment when you do NOT provide a service !

With regards to my cancellation, I phoned up and said I would like to cancel, I have had a complaint ongoing for Three months and contacted the ISPA and no resolution had been forthcoming.
Originally the Lady I spoke to said I would need to pay the remainder of my contract. I put it to her that I had not received the service I was promised, and that I would like a reference number to contact CISAS which would cost Orange Money and it would be easier for Orange just to let me go.
She patched me through to Customer Relations and the very helpful chap agreed that there were problems and didn't blame me for leaving. I am also getting a refund as well.
I guess I was lucky but I am good at complaining too, I never get angry with the person on the other end of the phone and when I talk to the operator at the end of the phone I always use the term Orange and not you.
Im just waiting for Orange to send me a CISAS reference number now due to their total lack of response to both me and my Bank. They have to send this within 5 days of escalation, so lets hope they decide to do the same with MY account and refund the money they took as i will not pay them for something that did not, and does not (at their own admission) work !!
As soon as I spoke to Orange Customer relations the guy who I spoke to said, "Ahhh, your in Manchester I see, no wonder you want to cancel".
Im in Manchester and having no end of problems too - though (touch wood) it seems to be working today at a useable speed......most of this week I have been having speeds at less than dial up and connection problems where I can't get on at all cos my password allegedly doesn't exist?!?
Did he by any chance mention why everyone was cancelling in Manchester and what they are doing to fix it?
