thankfully i am near the end of this contract with Orange and looking at other providers.

One thing i have noticed though im on 8mb now maybe twice in the 10 monthes i have been stuck with Orange i have receveived a letter from them twice stating im going over my download allowance which i think is 40gb

ive noticed each time this has happened my actual connection speed suffers badly after that and takes maybe a month to go back to what it is.

is this just coincidence ?
