Orange has to be the most incompetent ISP ever. I have had the broadband &talk service for 4 months now and the talk service has never worked. I have called them everyweek throughout and they have never managed to activate it. all they ever do is 'escalate' the problem to an 'escalations department'. The 'escalations department' is conveniently uncontactable by phone and only reachable by email - and only the staff can contact them via this route. so here we have a service not being provided, not being fixed and people who are supposed to fix it, not contactable. I have had Three liveboxes and they still haven't managed it. Its the same cycle every week:
1. I call them;
2. they say escalations havent done anything;
3. they take my MAC and s/n to try and activate;
4. they cant;
5. they fill in a 'form' to send to escalations;
6. back to step one again.
Ridiculous
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR Orange BROADBAND IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WILL MESS YOU ABOUT!!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
