hi been with aol for 6 years no problem liked the look of live box unlimited 8 mg arrived wed took 4 long phone calls to get it to work speed is slow 1.7 mg download should be 6mg for my area ive been told will take up to 10 days to get to this speed because of line testing ( dont know if thats true or more Orange bull***t . iam going to give it 10 days then its goodbye give me my MAC codeHas anybody else found this to be true and does anybody know a number to call to cancel thanks everybody
ADSLMax upto 8 meg has a 10 day testing period during which time you may expereince some disconnections and speeds may vary. After 10 days the line should settle down and provide a stable connection at the best speed for your line.
Oranges LLU may or may not have a testing period. There appears to be a recognised problem with speeds on this product which Orange are struggling to resolve.
