phoned TS yesterday as my BB with cantdoo wontdoo tossers has been off for two weeks, 'they are in breach of contract under the 1982 supply of goods and services act' yippe..wrote to them today ..get it sorted or give me my MAC number i can can go with a proper isp...some people here have been off for 8 weeks or more...how do you put up with it?..go on get legal...you know you want to ... Laughing

Once he had visited he basically told wanadoo my line cannot handle more than two meg. then they had no choice but to change me back. The BT engineer told me it is just not possible to get an 8 meg connection even through the exchsange is just down the road. the cables are too old.I hope i have been of some help they promise gold then give you mud. Now i gotta do it all again trying to get compensation.
