I have to send something to Orange. This is the address they gave me:

Orange Home UK
Verulam Point,
Station Way,
St Albans,
AL1 5HE.

Should be the same address you need but no promisses

Thats Orange all right but it's not the right address for sending the livebox back.

before you send anything back they should send you a returns pouch and that is the only way you can guarantee that the return will be correctly recorded and that they wont come after you for the £99 they reckon the heap of junk is worth
