I signed up to wanadoo over Three weeks ago. My first CD Rom was corrupt so they said I would recieve another in 3 working days. Nothing. Rang again and was told it was 5 working days and that they would freeze my billing for a month. Still nothing. Rang up again and was told that they have no record of me ringing and that no disc had been sent. That was over 3 days ago.
SO fed up and still no CD. What can I do?

If you signed up for "Starter" and have the Speedtouch modem then you can get the drivers you need from...

Do not download the Extended Reach Driver as it is not designed with wanadoo broadband in mind.
