Rather than wait my enormous problems out with Orange(intermittent connection) should i just ask for a MAC code and leave??
I've got a MAC code infront of me myself, but i'm moving house soon and as i've gone over my 12 months contract, getting myself a new 12 months contract with another ISP now would be stupid as i think the house i'm moving into has NTL already installed, and NTL is about 25x better than Orange.
I'm in the same stream as you, but a different boat. If i was in your boat i'd immediately move ISP as i've had an intermittent connection at peak hours for the best part of 3 months now.
