< Livebox Issues? ~ limited or no connectivity

Hi, installed my livebox yesterday have been using alcatel speedtouch b4 then. I had problems with the installation cd but was able to get the hang of it from this site. Everything was ok yesterday but when i woke up 2day i noticed there was no @ light on just the light on the << button and when i checked the network status its saying limited or no connectivity. But the funny thing is that i connected my speedtouch modem back and everything looks ok. So whats the problem with the box? Any help will be appreciated. And i am using my ethernet cable.

As per the PM, try recovering the livebox if the >> light stays on all the time.

if you have a A-B USB cable, i suggest using the USB recovery, as it is a much simpler way of recovering your livebox.

if you have installed your Orange software on your PC, go to...

Start
All programs
Orange
USB recovery

then follow that step by step and you should be able to get your livebox sorted, if not, you can always use an ethernet cable to recover it too

The ethernet recovery is actually the simpler method but the USB recovery is more reliable, I did mention that in the PM too. Wink
