Hi this is my first post. Just wondered if I was the only one who ends up at
http//wassup.orange.co.uk when trying to access Orange webmail?
I've searched other posts but can't find any mention of this problem which started when Orange (bless 'em) "upgraded" my line - FREE of charge.
On the day the upgrade took place I phoned Orange csa and a very nice very helpful lady in India had the same problem when she tried to access my email account.
She admited she didnt know what wassup.orange was (alright so not that helpful really) but still very nice. Said she'd report it.
I phoned another Orange number and spoke to a british csa who claimed to access my account without any problem. He told me it was probably 'cos the line upgrade had not completed yet. ("it's taking longer than we thought to change some lines to LLU") He didnt know what wassup.orange was either.
If it's my phoneline, why did India get the same problem?
That was on the 21st Feb and the problem has been intermittent since.
What I have noticed is that whenever you ( I ) log into email the url sequence is:
http//email0x.orange.co.ukhttp//wassup.orange.co.uk http//email0x.orange.co.uk
What appears to happen is that some days I get stuck on the blank wassup.orange page.
(Maybe thats a better name for 'em)
Only html on this page is TITLE: wanadoo - META: wanadoo fr

(You probably need a slow speed to see the jump to wassup and back - but thats another problem)
So thats it, my question is, does this not happen to anyone else?
