I have two problems - have tried contacting Orange by email and rung customer service and not getting any results.
The dial tone doesn't become intermittent when there is a message waiting.
The phones don't ring when I connect to BY Synergy cordless system ... well they do one ring and that's it. It does ring out with a corded phone connected straight into the live box.
I'd try pulling the power in the Livebox, the relay will switch over to the BT circuit. Call your BT number and check it rings OK. Almost sounds live the DECT unit is doing the answer phone bit. You need to switch ans phone off on th dect. (Sorry if this is obvious)
