Orange was on Watchdog tonight. Together with Sky, Tiscali, BT and TalkTalk who are all just as bad. Watchdog is bursting with complaints. TalkTalk started the problems with their free offer and the rest tried to compete. Charles Dunstone admitted he got it wrong.
CS has gone from bad to worse. Uswitch said that the companies were unable to provide support.
Particular problems with MAC codes. Ofcom also overloaded with complaints. New rules from Ofcom must be provided in 5 days or they can fine company 10% of their turnover. – That’s a lot of money.
All companies mentioned accept they have problems.
Do you think this should be posted in every section of the forums? Watchdog will need alot of complaints to do anything about it. Not everyone looks in the 8Mb section. If its already posted then sorry, I just couldnt find it.
