My mum has decided that she will save money switching from Orange payg to a £30 monthly contract and get the free broadband. But after she recieves the phone how do we switch to the 'free' package.

So I just ring 150 and then customer serevices sort it out. I dont really care about the 18 month contract. I have stuck with freeserve/wanadoo/orange since we got out first brand new pc in august 2002.

Sounds about right, that number used to be for the Orange Dual Play offer, which is the same thing really now just with it now being a free offer.

Just a quick update. I hgave recieved the phone and registerd for free broadband. I was told tht this could take up to 28 days due to hevy demand.
