i can't believe the problems i'm having with Orange
two weeks ago lost the internet (it having worked fine for a couple of years) and called help desk they said the speed was being upgraded to either 1mb or 2mb (depending who your speaking to) and to wait 48 hours
i've now waited 2 weeks and must have spent 12 hours on the phone ;we seem to go round in circles and i'm now desperate....any advice gratefully received
