like some others we too are having problems uploading files to our web page via terrapin to site builder wannadoo doo but can't logon, server reset, not authorised etc. can't get any joy from Orange either by phone or email. one of the contributers on here says get a new ip address which may cure it. how ?? or switch box off over night. would that re-set it ?? as we run a business from our web site we are losing customers, money & time, but, are Orange bothered ?? not according to the phone answerers they aint !!! thanks for any help.
