The phone connected to the livebox has suddenly started flashing and has a message spool symbol on it. the dial tone has changed to a full tone with intermittent bleeps over the top. no one has ever called us on this number as we rarely used it. could it be some update from Orange?

when you pick up the handset plugged into the livebox, do you hear 5 beeps???? if you do, your talk service is working!

Could mean you have a voicemail, im not sure what number it is to get your voicemail, 102 rings a bell but dont hold me to that

It's 120, simply call it and if there's a voicemail for you then thats why it was acting differently.
