Hi Elhana,

First of all, thanks for all your help on this forum.

I emailed Orange last friday about my usage stats for last month. I use netlimiter and Tautology to measure my internet usage.

I was interested to know what Orange had my usage at. Is it fairly easy for Orange to tell me this? I haven't had a reply in 4 days.

Simple answer, no. I believe usage is is calculated on a monthly basis and only used when you go over to let you know. Anyone you can normally contact simply doesn't have enough access to get the information. It's been suggested it would be added to the member centre long long ago but when nobody has any idea about.

agents at Orange are able to view this as Orange provide a list to them now and again, however the list will only show the customers who have gone over the limit on a 3 month period

I thought it was a simple request that my ISP would be able to give me stats for.

Is that the 'limit' that isn't stated in the FUP or T&C's?

About time Orange stated what the limit is on the 'Unlimited' package so we know what it is.
