If you are one of the lucky (its sarcasm, dont hit me! ) people with this problem, then here are a few things you can try, before calling them.
Do a double factory reset on your livebox.
1. Unplug all the cables
2. Press and hold the "1" button on the back of the livebox
3. While holding that button, plug in the power cable
4. Wait for the @, |>|>, and phone light to come on
5. Release the number 1 button
6. leave for 20 seconds
7. Repeat steps 1-6
8. Enter your UN/PW. See if this fixes the issue. If it doesn't, no worries, there is something Orange can do to help!
Call up their tech support, ask to be sent a USB modem(they can send them free of charge, and i have been told that it can resolve the PPP server down issue). Install that mode, then plug your livebox in. This can kick start your internet and get your livebox working again. And it shouldnt cost you a penny, and get you your money back for your downtime!
