firstly its nice to see im not on my own,, the technical support is useless,
i can ping and trace route anything but cant browse any site ...had all the usual were checking the line nonsense call back etc, customer service will NOT pass me over to a supervisor nor will the bombay techies...how do I get out of this mess...?..i just want to cancel and go with another ISP,,how can I get my line free to do this....oh and i want my money back..inc the phone calls
