Can someone with some legal / techie knowledge please draft a complaint letter that could be sent to Orange, ISPA and Ofcom to complain on mass about the service recieved from Orange.
Something along the lines of the template letter that's being pushed by the newspapers with regards to bank charges from moneysavingexpert.com
And it may even get featured in the newspapers and get even more people to complain about Orange if they know how to
sounds like a damn good idea. then maybe if we mass and complain they will have to stand up and take notice then maybe Orange will throw enough money at this problem instead of just trying to scrape by and do as little as posible
