only to be told that the computer system at Orange is down. She asked if I had spoken to Tech Support regarding my problems. I told her that it had been impossible to get anyone to talk to. She said she could pass me on to Tech Support, but they were having the same problem with their system- so what is the point. arhhh!
This is a wonderful site. Now I know the problems I have been experiencing are not at my end or at my work (I work from home and keep getting disconnected). I have been having problems getting into my email account, internet connection etc for the last month or so.
I did get £2 refund in Nov when I did not have a connection for over 24hours - wow that made all the difference.
