Upgraded from speectouch to livebox 3 weeks ago today.
So far only able to connect laptop unable to connect pc.
Cost of trying to use livebox broadband so far is £83 in phone calls and £50 paid to consultant to come and set wireless up, which he did, but India call centre operator managed to screw these up again and I am back to square one.

Has anyone managed to successfully get through to a UK call centre and get their problems sorted straight away or do we all have to endure endless phone trips to India.

I was having success with Rothereham call centre, but can't get back to them keep getting sent to India, wonder if moving to India will make it easier to connect to UK based call centre.

If you possess an Orange mobile, then I found the best and always English support staff is to dial free of charge 550. Give it a bash - worked for me. Never made any progress with Indian helpdesk. useless bunch.

Thanks Scarlett tried that, but I have found a technician who is coming to reset everything up for me. Although it will cost me money, in the long run it is cheaper than all the telephoning and far less stressful, frees my time back up for more important things. To any one I would say pay some one to come in to sort your problems out in your home, shop around I found a guy who just charged £8.25 an hour, he had it sorted in 34 mins, alot cheaper than the £69 quoted in a leaflet that came with my livebox. Good luck to anyone trying to connect to Livebox, as soon as my contract is ended I am switching ISP. Just a note you can get a list on the internet of ISP who only have UK based call centres, that's the way to go, can't wait till my contract is ended, now hoping for more problems so I can get out of contract earlier.
