<Livebox Issues? ~ unable to connect wireless laptop to Livebox [solved]

I managed to solve the problem of my wireless laptop not connecting to the Livebox, I changed the ISP. Sorry for the slightly sarcastic posting, but I would like to thank all the people who suggested various options - I tried them all.
The last straw was getting the dreaded PPP server down messages on the 1st of January. Getting no answers from tech support forced me to cancel my account. I had to wait 30 days to change because of the LLU.
In one way I feel a bit sad, the Wanadoo service for me was fine. The problems seemed to start when Orange took over. Once again thanks.
