okay since I have been receiving stupid download speed of 45.6kbps I thought I would test my connection These are the results that I have. Can someone tell me if they are okay.

Download :: 619 Kbps or 0.62 Mbps (76 kB/s)
Upload :: 233 Kbps or 0.2 Mbps (28 kB/s)
