Well today I thought I won't waste money on a phone call I will email Wanadoo so I typed it all out then clicked submit only to get ERROR 404 they are as bad as NTL when I was with them any complaint just would not send. If I do have to get on the phone they will regret it.
Wildthing - I would recommend calling, i know it costs, but the problem is Emails aren't the most reliable way to contact them. it can be said "we don't recall recieving it" if the mail isn't logged, wheras calls should be logged all the time, and you can prove that you called to by sending a BT bill in sayting date time and duration of call.. Emails are less relaible.
Can't really say much more except I'd really advise keeping temper in check, and don't swear, as I hated having to deal with it.. I was personally willing to help to the best of my abilities, but naturally felt a reluctance to help the person who was calling me a "f**king worthless b**tard" and saying things like "My 4 year old nephew is more qualified than you are".
I understand you guys are infuriated, and a fair few agents are too at the fact that not much can be done for a customer unless certain paths are followed, and it was as frustrating for me as an agent, not being able to help a customer, as we have to deal with BT hellsale.. oops.. Wholesale.. to get customers running, in most cases..
