if your planning to goto another isp, phone them back up and tell them you have changed your mind and ask for a MAC-code... you wont lose connection to the net
i will have been offline at least 59 days once my line gets activated again but believe me id rather that than stay with these idiots!
Your all wasting your time talking to Orange to get them to solve the problems... they have admitted to me on at least 2 occasions that they cannot fix it which is what prompted me to cancel my account. No Fix NO Fee Orange!!!
If they cannot provide a connection and service then they CANNOT expect to be paid.
