Well Ive finally done it.after talking to 70 personel at Orange,none of whom could help,and after being sent liveboxes,wireless adaptors,and being told that BT would be doing a line check,and they had done it,and it didnt show a problem.After putting up with a ton of bull***t (The same bull***t you are all still putting up with),After writing to all and sundry at Orange and not getting one single solitary reasonable reply, After having my MAC code withheld since Xmas,and finding it was magically given to me on the 17th of February.After recieving the sort of service you might expect from a dodgy cowboy outfit on a bad day .....after all this, the icing on the cake was discovering they had been charging me for my anytime connection since 2005 when I switched to broadband...and charging me for the broadband connection as well.
Since changing to BT on the 19th February,my Broadband connection has not dropped out once...........Farewell poor unfortunate Orange devotees
