The only reason i have stayed with Orange is becuase of the deal they gave me. Anyway they fixed my livebox but since yesterday my livebox has been dropping from 54.0Mbps to 1Mbps. I have to go over to the livebox and shake it for it to go back up to 54.0Mbps and the livebox is only a meter away with no obstructions. Also there is a part lose inside but Orange told me it was fine.
Please can i have some help and advice.

First of all the 54Mbps you refer to is the wireless and not internet speed, but if this is dropping down to 1 Meg then it will of course impact on your internet speed.
As you appear to be using the wireless function does the unit at the PC have any diagnosic/testing software. Normally they do and amongst it you may find an indication of your wireless signal strength. This should help identify where the problem may be.
The bit that is loose inside the Livebox is probably the aerial. It is a bit of wire attached to a plugin module and can come dislodged. My Livebox arrived with a bit floating about in it. Could not be bothered waiting for Orange. Took the cover off and plugged the aerial module back in. If it is this that is loose then its not surprising you are having wireless problems.
The Orange Livebox aerial is a botch job even when its connected to the main board. Very Heath Robinson. Nothing like the normal external aerials you see on most routers.
