Its over two weeks now that I have not received a isp service from Orange. I noticed the 1Mb connection had been upgraded to 2Mb a week ago, and now I do not have any ISP connection at ALL!. Spent half a day on the phone between customer and technical support to get THEM to resolve the issue, with them saying the migration has not completed. OK I'll wait shall I - NO NO NO I want a ISP service provider to provide me with Internet Connection.
Bin them. They are clearly not providing the service you are paying for and are in breach of contract. Ask for a MAC code and go to another ISP that will look after you. If they say you need to pay a fee to clear your account tell them you'll see them in court.
