Hi - is there a proper tech (ie. not the super-basic Orange instructions) manual for the Livebox... ie. one that shos what all the various ports are for?
Also - my 2nd box has a PCMCIA slot in it... the first one didn't. How many Livebox types are there in use? And what would I put in the PCMCIA slot?

I beleive one's installed with the setup CD into a folder in program files. The folder's probably one of either Inventel, Orange or Wanadoo depending on the CD.

As far as I was aware there was only 2, the wanadoo flashing light one and the Orange non-flashing one. Could be your first was a very early version?
Either way the PCMCIA slot isn't used, was for the wireless system previously which, for only a short time on the continent, wasn't included as standard but as a paid for extra.
