Has anyone had this problem with livebox Voip. Eversince voip was activated, red light solid on box, flashes when number rung from other phone. But no phone i plug in rings, i cant hear pips or dialtone & i cant make out going calls????
Has anyone come accross this problem b4 cus after now several months of banging my head against the many continents of Orange technical i am still none the wiser as to a possible solution. Please Please can u help.
ps. have tried several phone sockets (from livebox sent by tech.) reset my livebox several times (& then had 2hardwire to st up again.boo.)
& had plenty of fun/time being bounced between technical & customer service. (prrf)
I am assuming you have your number and 'Ready' status for talk service showing in Configuration menu.
Log onto to your account at Orange website and go to talk settings. Try changing your telephone number. Choose a number with different std (ie if you have 0845 number change it for example to 0131, you can always change back later) You can change your number Three times without charge. I did this and it cleared my problem.
