Just got my livebox today and connected with ease.
However i use media player and Disc2phone to get cd album information but for some reason these are saying i'm not connected to the internet but i am.

Any ideas?

You could check it's options to make sure it's not got some proxy server set. Otherwise might be better to check some of the forums about the software/phone to see if there's anything similar on there.
