Yeh.. my line became activated on Tuesday 2nd May, but when i try and get on it still says it's trying to synchronise. The strange thing is that on 3 occasions i managed to get minute long connection that would then disconnect. I am using Wanadoo Starter broadband with a speedtouch USB modem and have followed the instructions completely. I am wondering whether or not it is a problem with my phone line, because i am connected to an extension from the master phone line. But yes, I have been able to get brief periods of connectivity, but after the 3rd time i haven't had any luck at all. Do any of you have advice on what to do and how to do it will be immensely appreciated because i'm getting immensely pi**ed off!
My friend suggested that the cable i use for the extension socket is too thin, whereas from what i've read on the internet it seems that the Speedtouch 330 modem has a lot of problems with faults.
