I have been having problems with my connection keep dropping out. So i called Orange Customer Support on the usual number. I was expecting to be kept on hold for hours, but to my surprise I got straight through. So for anyone having problems getting through to them, do what I did. Call at 4am. This line is ONLY the technical support, not customer inquiries or livebox issues.
Oh, one more thing, just because you get through quickly, it doesnt mean they are any more helpful because they dont have a clue!!
