Outage last October for 5 days... no trouble till last Mon. Apart from brief period on Friday (9 Feb), ADSL not working. (Tried two PCs, with different modems).
'Technical support' in Bombay does my head in. Employees unable to converse without sticking to tedious script (questions about operating system, re-install software etc).
Failure to call back/convey results of line test.
Has anyone else been experiencing trouble this past week?
I wonder if my problem is down to having been a very earlier Broadband customer (right back to Freeserve in 2002). Stuck on 512k ever since.
