Hi all,

Just moved home.

Sadly have a new BT number as I had to live with the parents for a few months.

I hav issued Orange with my new BT number and they told me the broadband would be working within 15 days. Its been 14.

I logged onto the livebox last night and its saying the ASDL connection is unavailable and its still listing my old BT number.

Im unsure if I should be doing something from my end.

Anyone got any advice?

The livebox doesn't list the BT number, only the talk service number. If it's not on after tomorrow call them and ask they check with provisions if the line is complete.
