When making outbound calls using the VoIP line, there is only around 50/50 chance of getting the correct number; the call either fails with a network message "the number does not exist" or routes to a valid but wrong number.
I have a digit analyser connected to the relevant port on the livebox which confirms that the dialled number is correct.
The problem seems to be that one or more of the digits is being duplicated; for example I might dial 01234 567890 but get through to 01234 556789.
I am using a LG GDK16 phone system with the physical BT line connected to CO3 and the VoIP connection to CO4.
Orange Tech Support want me to cease the current VoIP number and get a new one as a first step but I'm reluctant to do this as several people are already using the number! I doubt that this will make any difference, anyway.

You can change the number yourself to try it and then change back. When you change back you normally get the same number. I beleive this is to avoid someone else being issued with your original number so soon after you change and hence receiving calls meant for you. You can do this from 'Manage your talk setting' This could be a means of testing the system.
I know you have probably done this but you do not mention it. Have you tried plugging a plain telephone into the livebox and seeing what happens.
