1. I cannot contact Orange help service via E-Mail... reason being? They took it away.. How ungrateful... I am pretty sure that if there was a help support via E-Mail and is advertised it MUST be kept or be complained to FALSE ADVERTISING.
2. I have had my liveboz 7710 for nearly a year now. I comlained at the start that it always disconncts whenever the phone rings.. I ave had NO help whatsoever! I sent an E-Mail before it was removed and they replied with the same pages someone offered me before and I said they didn't help...Are Orange blind, stupid or just plain idiotic?
If I don't get this fixed.. I WILL be switching ISP's and NEVER use Orange again! Also I will probably pass on these complaints to ofcom, watchdog and ISPA...
So be quick, and help me! If I continue to be ignored I will do as propesed. And I aAM NOT willing ti contact via phone, because all I get is "Hello sir may I help you?"
"Yes I would like help with my liveox please."
"I will pass you on to the correct department, please hold on"
And that repeats about 3 times wastning about 10 pounds of my money.. It is a rip off! And I can rarely understand the people on the other end of the call in india. Look all I ask is to fix my so called broadband connection at 8 meg max when I get only 2.3? (how convenient) and to FIX THE DAMN DIAL UP LIKE STYLE! It's exactly like my old dial up. NOW FIX IT! It can't be that hard can it? (Yes it can, maybe get a professional in?)
