Service went out 28-1-7 abount 10am. Not been back since. Tried all the normal reset/reset to factory etc. still the same. (I'm here through dial up, just in case anyone was wondering!)

The service is up and running at the moment.
Customers in Liverpool, Newcastle, Tannockside and Cardiff may be experiencing intermittent disconnections or slow browsing due to a known network issue. This is a known fault which is currently under investigation.
Thats all thats listed atm , Im near Liverpool on the Wirral and have had some random dc's the last few days so Im putting it down to this .
Bit the bullet and called the rip-off support line. Spoke to India and had to interupt his script to explain I was 2 pages further on! He said he'd get a line check done. Within 2 hours the PPP server was up. So a line test fixed it. Yeah, right.
Oh well, I just hope I can stay connected long enough before I have to call support again and talk to someone that can't understand what I'm saying, and I can't understand his reply!!
well i'm near newcastle, and i've had no broadband since the 18th of Jan
hope i'm replying to the right thing. I had to reply to 'THE FUTURE'S SH*TE, THE FUTURE'S Orange' as I spent last wed putting that on the Bath Orange shop window. I've still been mainly disconnected for 6 months out of 8, but i did feel better! Thankyou!
