With so many members helping each other at OrangeProblems.co.uk, many problems have been solved. Unfortunately, the majority of ISPs do not offer a forum where their customers can discuss issues (without being censored). So we thought we would set some up!
OrangeProblems.co.uk and TalkTalkProblems.co.uk are not associated with any companies that may have a similar name. They are both independent websites offering internet service provider customers a place to share their thoughts, opinions and problems.
With changes to how MAC codes are issued as from 14 February 2007, and with current news that many customers are fed up with the service they receive from their internet service provider (ISP), we thought this was an appropriate time to introduce the next of our websites.
