Hi i thought i would join the forum as this problem is doing my head in!
Between 6pm and midnight i will get disconnected from the internet for around 10 secs and then it comes back online.
I play on xbox live, so i get lagged out and leave the game which is very annoying. I Can play from 10am until 6pm and not get disconnected once. But after 6pm its every 30mins sometimes every hour.
When i check the router log. There is tons of sync issues. Is it oranges fault or BT's i am a network noob so dont know where to start or how to post line stats. I have changed routers/modems and its the same.
I dont want to leave Orange if i will get the same problems.
I get ramdom drop offs and always have. Never been able to find out why. Although mine are not time dependant like yours, at least I don't think they are! Sometimes I can go for several days solid, other times it drops off several times in as many minutes.
I'm not an on-line gamer but I can understand that it would be driving you mad.
So what help is all that? I use RouterStats to monitor a few parameters and NetMeter to monitor speeds and DL totals. Have a look at Samknows web site for other info.

Are you running it wired or wireless? I was running mine wired and it always disconnected me (big thread in another part of the forum!) however switched to wireless and it's been perfect.
