if you have a usb modem please try it because it forces a connection and unlocks the server you are connecting to! as i advised other customer that call up! please reply if this works or not!
Syncronised means it's a username/password problem as it's not attempting to log in. Re-enter them into the livebox and hopefully it'll change to connected.
ok will try that although it's now back to 'PPP server down' and Orange cannot give us an ETA they say it will be weeks or even maybe months before it's fixed
Syncronised means it's a username/password problem that is correct but the reason it states "PPP SERVER DOWN" is because of the serve is refusing the username/password so this will not resolve the issue,

No it won't resolve it in itself but in a syncronised state it's not even trying to connect so you're not going to know if it's still the same or has been fixed.
