The @ light was flashing on the Livebox. Great I thought, maybe it's restarting after having been sent a signal to get the Talk working, so I left it for about 15mins, just in case it was 'doing something'.
15 minutes later it was still flashing, so I logged into the box and saw the message "ADSL Server Down" The PC was talking to the box obviousley, as I was able to see what was going on, so I pulled the plug for a couple of minutes then started it up. Hey presto its working again
I am pretty sure it's not a fault of the box as sometimes my old Belkin wouldn't be connected to the net in the morning and that needed a restart too. Odd thing it only did it in the morning
Anyone know why this might happen? It's not a big deal really as I have great connection speeds, it just got me a bit excited as I though the Talk service was gettting activated
Got my talk service activated after two weeks pretty impressed they got summit right for a change!
2 weeks, I guess from what I have read so far, that is quite quick, but I would like mine to start even quicker- how much do they have to do to activate it
